Peaceful place.. worthy and must visit place..The place was quiet, peaceful and the most important thing was the food. It was a very decent home food which we have thoroughly enjoyed in our entire trip. Staff were very supportive throughout the stay. Special thanks to the owner who was always there at the food section and ensured our comfort.

Had the pleasure to meet the owner. We were treated very warmly, the food was excellent, not much variety (it is difficult too, it being a Homestay).. But we had more than enough tasty food... The staff were very professional and at the time very friendly. The view is awesome. Also, loved the small collection of books. Lots of reviews had written no Hot Water, we did not face any problems as the bathroom had geyser.

Beautiful homestay with a calm. and pleasant environment ❤ Beautiful Seceneric view from the terrace. Friendly staff and you cannot forget their food it is probably the best. Amazing spacious rooms. It the best stay we could ever asked for ❤

Visited this property for 3 days along with the family. Home stay is easily approachable from Main road with good connectivity. Property is neat and clean. Only thing is not good is Food and Food options. This is the first property I stayed where no evening tea coffee and snacks was not provided as complimentary and this is chargeable and even the food options provided for Breakfast and Dinner as part of the package was very simple and not too much options for the rent taken for the stay. Even the food provided as part of the package if you ask for second serving caretaker gives a wierd look as if we did wrong by asking for the second time. This looks like more of Hotel stay rather Home stay where guest hospitality seems to be forgotten about how Home stay operates. Charges for the Alcarte will beat the Hotel food rates too for ex Cup of coffee cost Rs 50/-+ Service charge of 5% extra this is no where practise in many home stays i have experienced so far. I will not recommend this place if you are looking for Homestay with Food option as for the same price you can stay in 3 star hotel and have food on alcarte basis.

When you book a homestay or hotel for a holiday, you are concerned about the rooms, view, FOOD and service till you reach the place. My concerns were vanished during the stay. The rooms are clean and cosy, liked the big bathroom not to skip. It is 9 kms away from city so enjoy the seclusion amidst nature. The food, do opt for breakfast and dinner and you will be thanking yourself doing that because food is just awesome. I loved staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
