Coral Isle is a delightful discovery, offering luxury at a great price. Its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made my stay special. Located conveniently, it's perfect for exploring around. My Deluxe room was a cozy retreat, complete with a luxurious bathtub and all the essential amenities.The rooftop resto-bar is a charming spot, perfect for relaxing evenings with a stunning city view. Breakfast here is a treat, included in the stay, and each dish is deliciously memorable. Coral Isle is an ideal blend of comfort, elegance, and affordability, perfect for a splendid stay without breaking the bank.

Very close to Eranakulam North railway station. Prime loation. Neat & superb rooms. Excellent service. Suitable halls available for Small gatherings & workshops . I would give 4 stars for the food at the hotel restaurant because of the excess additives used even in rice (Baking Soda?) If this is resolved, food also can gather 5 stars. Hope they will allow me to give 5 stars soon for food, may be during my stay planned in February. 👍👌☺️

Well the location is great, just right next to the station. Lulu Mall is nearby. Otherwise the rooms are fine, like any business executive place. I found it too crammed up. Faced mosquito issue in the hotel, bought it up, nothing was done. Oh and their phone number is unreachable. Had informed that too, no solution still.

Clean & comfortable room, good breakfast. One sore point was that they only offered 2 500ml water bottles on day 1. Balance stay it was chargeable at 5X. Also, the much touted swimming pool was closed for all 3 days of my stay.

Bar staff is very rude after 10.30pm they behave as if you are not going to pay. They keep the change as if its there right to do so, even if your food is there after 11 pm and you went bathroom they going to throw the food. Very rude and vad staff management.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
