We stayed there for 2 days during the New Year's rooms are well maintained. The swimming pool is small but good. The restaurant is average in terms of taste as well as service. Food is overpriced you get much cheaper options outside the hotel. Breakfast was also average not much variety to choose from. Only stay is good rest all is average.

Perfect place to stay opp Margao railway station ,spacious and clean room , stunning view from Room. , Great ambiance. Cleanliness super class. Every staff member so soft spoken and supportive.Breakfast was great, staff too good & Polite. Worst hotel that I have ever seen. I booked this hotel for 2 days (26th Jan and 27th Jan) seems like overpriced hotel in terms of services they provide. Lights are not working Fan regulator ia broken TV was not working ( when I complaints this they recharge tata sky only for 1 day) Exhaust was not working. Basin sink was getting blocked regularly. Smoke was coming out of AC vents Staff is not supportive at all. When I complaints about all issues no one came to see the problems. I dont recommend this to stay also. Complete waste of money . I don't how other people has given good review for this hotel.

It's a three star kind of hotel located on the road. The rooms are clean and the staff is good. It has a restaurant with decent food. It has valet parking service available and is roughly 6 km from closest Beach colva.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
