        Last weekend myself and my family went to Hyderabad for vacation. We booked rooms in Cosy Banjara. My overall experience is very bad because of below listed issues 1. There are 6 rooms in second floor. Rooms are neat but no water bottles and glasses kept in any of the rooms 2. They are providing local metro water filled in used Bisleri bottles.. Water taste is very bad and they are Refilling the water in the same used Bisleri bottles every day. 3. They could not able to provide small bottles of good packaged water bottles. We are forced to buy Bisleri water bottles near by shop. 4. No complimentary breakfast given . We requested for breakfast but the hotel staffs brought food from local restaurants and given us. Food taste is very bad 5. Room’s service and House keeping boys are very lazy. For each and very time we need to call repeatedly for any service 6. In some of the room’s water heaters are not working properly.. we need to wait for long hours to get the hot water.. we are constantly calling the room’s service to come and fix the issues 7. In the entrance of the house they kept some plants, everytime while going out and coming inside the thorns of the plants disturbing a lot.. they need to place the plants which should not disturb the customers. 8. During checkout the House keeping behaviour is very worst. They came directly to our rooms and knocking the doors to go out from the room.. One of the very worst behaviours from the room service people which I ever seen in my life . 9. During checkin the Room service people helped us in carrying luggage to the room but while check out no one came to help to bring the luggage down 10. My overall experience is very bad. They need to improve the quality of Room service people. Good water and glasses should be provided in each room.

        Good, neat place. But the owner seemed to have some bad experience with payment in the past. So, advanced payment for one night was made on arrival as desired. I went for a medical reason and still a guest in the property for another two days. But when I was with the doctor next day he insisted over phone for advanced payment instantly. Incidentally, his payment system was not allowing payment more than 2000, so I had to make multiple payments. Anyway, loved the environment but that could have been enhanced by adding a little human element by the owner Mr Osman. After all not all people are thugs. I come from Assam and back here mutual trust can work wonders!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
