We had a wonderful time on the Boathouse . Beautiful boat on the exterior and interior as well. Very clean and orderly. All staff were very polite and helpful. A special thanks to All...... boathouse worth visiting!

I was nervous for this trip because of some of the reviews left this place, but from my experience it was a great trip. We had 1 night in a 3 bedroom/6 person boat, the views and surroundings you see itself aren’t anything impressive but it was a comfortable experience to ride down the river with some friends. The food was 10/10 and we bought a little seafood along the way which was well worth the price to have it cooked for us, as well as some other spicy dish requests. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve had on the trip, especially with air conditioning. The only small issues I had were actually managing to get to the dock itself, confusing instructions even for our taxi driver, and the seats upstairs on the deck could’ve been a bit more “loungey” and comfortable. Overall tho I highly recommend this experience.

The mosquitoes eat you alive after dusk. The tour is boring . Can do the same on a public boat for 20 rupees in 2 hours. Nothing special, & no extras like an african safari. River is poluted & black. The aircon did not work & the fan rattles so loud. No mosquitos nets on the windows . The town stinks of urine in the streets. Dirty as usual .

Great experience with Cosy houseboats. The staff and their service was really good. They even arranged sea food on demand. The food overall was perfectly cooked and the staff made sure that everything was in order. We were 6 people and had 3 rooms booked. It's a very relaxed experience sailing in Alleppy in a comfy boat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
