As everyone expects the best from Marriott I too was excited to experience the quality of stay and service but unfortunately I was disappointed. The service needs improvement, for instance the rubbish was not cleared nor were the coffee sachets top-upped. Dental kits and necessities like towels were not in proportion to the number of guests. Seriously very disappointed and would not recommend for the price we pay as these days a good 3 rated stays are more thoughtful of customer satisfaction and hospitality.

Good property but required improvement. Once upon a time there was an business meeting at first floor and we are getting lot noice from nearby room Services level improvement required. Another incident that I couldn't find parking place in one go it's required lot of effort to find out right place to go. Also, no dress code for hotel staff ....

Need to work specially on services. Took dinner, not having any professional dining staff. All are untrained food service staff like local caterers. Worst Vallet parking experience, the person took the vallet parking card and forgot to call the car, after half an hour when we enquired, we came to know that our car keys are still in his shelf and then he sent person after 35-40 minutes. Strongly not recommends, don’t go atleast for dinner or fooding.

The rooms are very good, but the service and the way hotel is managed is not that good. The house department keeping is not that serious about the filling the amenities Some time shaving kit is missing some time moisturiser is not filled We cannot expect these things from a five star. Anyhow the food quality is very good, both dinner and BF is very good

Pathetic services, staff seems very demotivated, dull and slow. Not having any courtesy for the guest. Even small hotels gives better hospitality then this. Naam Bade aur darshan bahut chote. Bhopal is having many better properties with good hospitality then this. Dont go in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
