Very courteous staff.. particularly Deepak!! He made experience extremely delightful!! Food is good and rooms are very comfortable!! Also it is nicely located property right across the waterfall!! One suggestion: evening could be made more pleasant and peaceful by shifting the dance platform from terrace to indoors

Had the worst experience staying here. Had major issues at time of check in. We are traveling with elderly people and they gave us a room which is accessible only by 40+ stairs. How can they expect 65+ year old people who climb stairs. Outside our room the housekeeping left a big trash bag full of rotten items. Took them 30 mins to remove it. Overall will not recommend staying at this property to anyone. The brand name Marriott should be removed from their title. We took 3 rooms and they gave one room which is meant for handicap people. We are here for an experience. Paid 1.25 lacs for 3 rooms. But the staff here is very unprofessional and least bothered to give a satisfactory service.

My husband & I celebrated our wedding anniversary at courtyard by Marriott mahabaleshwar, it was a wonderful experience!! The most warm & welcoming staff I have ever seen. Top notch hospitality! They tried their best to make our anniversary special. During breakfast, chef & managers were paying personal attention to each & every customers. special thanks to Mr.Deepak Kaushik jee & ofcourse to the entire staff. Great property, great view, great hospitality! Loved it!

Courtyard by Marriott - Mahabaleshwar, This is a wonderful & Lovely place , we had an excellent stay and a beautiful experience. . . . Location - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambience - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Facilities - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Courtyard by Marriott - Mahabaleshwar is truly Luxurious and Very Pleasant, and they make all their Guests feel at home & give a personal touch. We had a fantastic time, want to appreciate Mr Deepak Kaushik, and the entire Team, they are so friendly, outgoing and very dedicated Team. We have already visited Mahabaleshwar a few times, and this time, our focus, me & my wife, were looking forward to making memories - Fond & Memorable Moments - Memories. Very nice hotel with a great view from every room. The service is impeccable. The food in the main restaurant is super delicious and the staff is very courteous and friendly. Loved the place. Those who don't want to walk too much to the restaurant should stay in the main building. Golf carts are easily available though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
