This is one of the best places to stay while being in Nashik. The overall ambiance of the hotel is great. Cleanliness is at top notch. Services are up to the mark but the best of all is the food. There are many options to choose from. The buffet meals and breakfasts are simply awesome. We visited during the Christmas weekend so, the whole place was decked up. Thanks for making our stay a wonderful and worthwhile experience!

Great hotel facilities with gym, swimming pool, breakfast and dinner buffet. Though the pool is not heated. So it is more or less useless in winter. The room was nice and spacious with good shower as expected from five star. Special thanks to Sarfaraz who promptly packed few stuff for travel since I was unwell in the morning and couldn't eat anything. Overall the perfect five star stay while visiting Nashik.

Overall a good hotel in a location close to the highway. But parking area is a little small for a 5 star. Breakfast spread was ok but not (again) 5 star level as it had limited options and poha for example was average at best. The room service potions were good and taste was great. Overall definitely a hotel to consider if you are looking for a semi luxury hotel in Nashik

The hotel and the rooms themselves are good and clean. However, the whole experience from the reservation to the check-in was absolutely pathetic to say the least. Firstly, I had to follow up with the reservations team multiple times to get a confirmation because they weren't bothering to reply to my email. Secondly, two days before my scheduled check-in, I started receiving calls to confirm my checkin time. A couple of calls would've been understandable but I got 6 such phone calls in total. Lastly, at the time of check-in I was told that "All of our rooms are full and the room that you booked isn't available". Upon showing my booking confirmation and arguing for a while, I finally got the room that I had reserved but the whole thing was so unpleasant..... Never had such an experience with any other Marriott property, it was really disappointing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
