We booked this hotel for a night , we booked a twin bed room , it was neat . Complimentary breakfast is available based on booking option. However there are some downsides: Parking is on the road , it is not secure as the hotel is not compounded. The shower water slopes to the commode area and makes the entire bathroom wet. A bathroom mat is not provided/available. It was an AC room and there is no fan if you wish to turn off AC for a while.

The room overall is ok and the shower is excellent. However when we checked in there were no towels, no toilet roll and no menu. By biggest gripe though is with the entertainment system. The room is fitted with a smart tv and the hotel has good internet however the smart tv is not set up to stream anything. The remote for the TV has Netflix and other app buttons on but they are all dead. Personally I don't speak tamil or hindi so my viewing options in my "de luxe" room were far from "den luxe"

An average hotel. Rooms are a bit cramped. Parking is the biggest problem. If you are lucky u will get some space in front. Breakfast was ok. Overall medium experience, maybe better option available for the same price. Hot water is not available.

Good hotel with spacious rooms and complimentary breakfast. The location is close to the mattuthavani bus stop. They agreed for a day halt and provided me with necessary arrangements. The staff were helpful. Overall a good budget stay if you are visiting Madurai.

Neat rooms with limited parking. Rooms didn't even have tooth paste, brush. Complimentary breakfast is below average with very limited options. Nothing is hot even at 8.30am itself. They didn't even serve water in the table, when asked about it, the staff was not giving responsible answer 🙄 definitely would not recommend anyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
