If you are thinking of going to a place which is on the banks of a river and is full of nature, then you should come here. The tent rooms are very good to sleep. If you come once, then you will come here every time. And finally the food here is also delicious.

First time visit in this location but definitely visit again I promise to Mr Rajesh and Mr Shashi ( who take care of everything). Hotel staff was top of the world and also the services . Food quality 😋 . This is the final destination for mental peace . ( Aita river resort) .

This property is very kid friendly where they can enjoy while you can relax and watch them just sitting in the lobby or pool. The food is a big plus and suitable for those looking for absolute peace and silence. Hotel staff is also very cooperative and they have accessible car parking too, hence in a nutshell one can give a shot.

Worst experience ever we tried haka noodles it was too much oily and over boiled and sticky noodle and they not use haka noodle they use pack of 20rs noodles packet and and also they don't provide computerized bill they just give us hand written bill with gst amount included no starter available at that time when i visit only man course available

Very nice riverside location. Perfect for family trip or a group trip. Tents were comfortable. Food was good. Staff is helpful and polite. They have TV and TT in their dining area. If you want to visit this area better to stay here instead of fancy hotels / resort at Lansdowne. It takes 30-40 min to reach Lansdowne from this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
