      Awesome location. By the beach. They have their restaurant that serves great food and the staff is too good. Beautiful setup where you can just chill for as long as you can while you enjoy the beach, food, etc. You can go swim in the waters, come back, enjoy the food and drinks, and repeat as many times as you can. Resort is literally by the beach. They helped us with a beautiful private setup for a personal event as well.

      Lovely time at the resort . Pet friendly and that was one of the reason we had chosen the place . Resort is just on the beach and the rooms were well appointed. Food was great and staff was very kind . The only difficulty ( if you have to consider it as a difficulty} that we have to use their buggy to get to the main square from the hotel and vice versa. But that's usually a 5_10 min wait . Stayed there for 4 days and it was great .

      I stayed in this resort for 02 nights and booked 03 rooms as we were group of families . During our check IN at 11:30 am on 29/11/23 no one bothers to attend us as we had babies with us so requested early check IN but all in vain . No welcome drink nothing moreover we were directed towards In house restraunt to sit and wait so as we did . Later on on reception we were told to pay extra for each kid as they told their policy is for 2+1 configuration if kid is above 6 yr extra will be charged however during booking it was discussed that extra mattress will be charged on the requirement basis. Rooms were very small and Ok kind of without proper ventilation in room and washrooms. Torn and old linen with stains were used . If you are staying with kids then this place is not worth as loads of mosquitoes were around without any arrangements of mosquito nets . Location is undoubtedly beautiful and restraunt food menu is very limited and average . During last night of our checkout my son got sick and vomitted on bed in night we arranged to washed that in washroom where water outlet were improper leads us to in stinky room in midnight . While checking out we were charged Rs 1600/ for damage to their linen which was torn itself by the manger NATASHA she was very rude and had apathetic behaviour towards us . Highly commercialised and apathetic staff specially manger Natasha . We don’t recommend it if you are with small kids and babies as kids are so uncertain in their behaviour and they seems zero tolerance for kids and babies .

      C'roque came highly recommended by my cousin, prompting us to book without hesitation. However, I am typically someone who thoroughly checks reviews before making any purchase or reservation. Unfortunately, the rates at C'roque are high compared to other resorts that offer a wider range of services. The check-in process was smooth, accompanied by a welcoming drink, and the housekeeping staff were polite and directed us to our room. The rooms themselves were satisfactory and adequately clean, although we did encounter a lot of mosquitoes and were continuously bitten by them throughout the night, unfortunately, I forgot to pack the repellent. The most disappointing aspect was the restaurant. While the service staff were very polite and attentive, the sea food they offered was not at all appetizing, Flies were also constantly present, to the point where I had to request the food to be packed for my children to have in our room. In my opinion, it is not worth spending on such an over priced resort when there are better options available at lower prices.

        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
        The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
        If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
        Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
        Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

        Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

        Modification and Reschedule Policy
