They provide one of the worst services in this area. Especially if you plan to have a small gathering or a family function. The team cannot manage a group of more than 20-25 people. It's a very poorly managed property. Location wise it's right on Haridwar-Delhi highway.

It was really an awesome experience to stay in hotel ganga crystal with family. Best dealing hands, Superb services, Delicious breakfast with wonderful Verity, Manish has tht superb sense of gud dealing, Apart from crowd, on hi-way everybody must prefer this hotel. 100 prcnt hygienic and safe for kids too. *100 prcnt genuine review* Regds-Rajiv chopra ( karnal, haryana )

Upon checking in we got room with strong smell of cigarette & marijuana , they changed the room but this time a/c was faulty . After 1.5 hrs of continuous complain our room was changed again . Our floor had other empty open rooms I checked on them & few had faulty a/c . Reception guy & manager are bad people beware of them . Food is okay types but they use bad quality maida , if ur stomach is sensitive don't book this hotel . Even if ur strong u may get constipated . We stayed 2 days & we had lunch dinner outside . They don't use sound proof glass , road noise will disturb u time and again . Then there were hidden charges upon checking out . It was walk in booking and I didn't read the reviews otherwise never would have stayed here . There are better hotels in Haridwar , don't opt for this .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
