We had an amazing experience at this resort. We took twin bedroom family cottage , the rooms were spacious and neat. The service was one to be appreciated, all the staffs were dedicated enough and involved us in activities like safari, bamboo rafting and other sightseeing which made our trip an extraordinary experience. Speaking about the food, All the food was live, thus was time consuming but food was decent and tasty. Resort, the ambience the pool and other amenities were upto the mark The location was calm, quiet but city was a bit far and not easily accessible. But overall the resort was 5/5, a special thanks to all the staffs out there for the great hospitality.

The place is great. We stayed in their Tree house. Jacuzzi was awesome and they have decorated it nicely with roses for our anniversary. You can enjoy your vacation amidst beautiful nature. Value for money and definitely recommend for family and couples.

A gem of a place. Had a very wonderful experience. Staffs and managers were extremely good. Clean and well maintained rooms. Food was really tasty. Morning walk through bamboo woods with guide was a thrilling experience, unfortunately for us it rained the previous day and there were too many leaches on the way.. It would have been a bit more better if they could provide boots as well for the trip!! Overall really nice and unique experience, will really consider for stay again..

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the resort's serene and picturesque ambiance. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped, and meticulously maintained. One of the standout features of our time at Resort was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, we were deeply impressed by the way they accommodated our needs. We were traveling with a six-month-old baby, and the staff graciously assisted us in preparing baby food, ensuring our little one was well taken care of. Their genuine concern for our family's well-being made a significant difference in our overall experience. Moreover, the staff extended our checkout time upon our request, allowing us to relax a little longer in our room and savor the last moments of our stay. This flexibility and willingness to accommodate our requests were truly appreciated. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could have wished for. The comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom, and the breathtaking view from our balcony made our stay even more special. It was evident that the resort spared no effort in ensuring that guests had everything they needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
