        I booked this home stay through MMT. One day prior to my check in date, the management from the home stay called and said that no rooms are available and that I should cancel the booking. The person then went on to say that an amount from the money will be deducted by MMT and only then when he gets the money, will he refund it. When I asked for a full refund citing that it was negligence or some technical issue on their part, the person replied to me rudely saying that I should then contact MMT. On what grounds did that person say that some charge would be deducted and when it was convenient for him he would refund the remaining amount? I don’t know. This baffles me. Btw, I got a full refund from MMT and their customer support executive said that the homestay failed to lock the room for me whereas the room was booked on the part of MMT. (I don’t know how much of that is true.) The homestay person can be polite while talking and more willing to listen rather than wanting to be done with their customer somehow and washing their hands of responsibility.

        Nice and smoothly, they will talk while booking time. Finally, congested rooms and AC also didn't work well. AVOID THIS. This is not a legal and professional service apartment .

        Booked for CTS homestay and paid online but when arrived they gave accomodation in a different place and it was shared accomodation which is not acceptable. Poor service,untidy and very small. If rooms not available don't accept booking, provide only what is being shown.

        Excellent Hospitality, very neat and clean room .Even had home made breakfast it was just too good, It was perfect for family

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
