We had a stay here with my friends for two days. We had amazing experience here. It's having big rooms with lavish space, very clean and spacious bathrooms, it's very close to beach and I felt it's one of the best beach in goa. Nothing is very costly, quality of food is good. All the services were satisfying. Recommend this resort, worth the money that you spent.

The bad: We stayed here for 3 nights in the sea view room right next to the restaurant (apparently the most expensive room here) with no privacy which was quite annoying as the restaurant was always buzzing with kids and got quite noisy and we could hear the noises loud abs clear even when we were in the room. We did not have any privacy as the restaurant staff and guests were always hovering around right outside our balcony. The set up could have been better so that we could enjoy the sea view without compromising our privacy. The room was a bit worse than we expected, the flush button was broken and an exposed sharp metal pipe had to be pressed hard with our bare hands every time we had to flush which was inconvenient and painful. The fan in the room was quite noisy. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the bathroom in general felt a bit unhygienic. The door lock was broken and couldn’t be closed from the outside without a key. Some of the sunbeds were broken too. The entire place could use a lil bit of maintenance for the price they charge. The good: the restaurant food was good and the staff were super nice. The location is great with direct access to the beach.

The property is just too good. We stayed in rooms 101, 102 and 105. It is right on the Patnem beach, secluded from the crowded area of Palolem. The beach is very clean and great place to enjoy with family and friends. The rooms are pretty large and clean. The food is amazing and so are the cocktails. The service of Prashant is very good. Must recommend this place.

Recently we stayed at Cuba Patnem. Rooms are big enough and clean. Looks like they have recently renovated and painted. Food is very tasty especially pizzas and fish items. Location is near by Palolem beach. Staffs are very kind and responsible especially Swanky. Restaurant is located on the sea shore and picturesque with the candle lights for each table.

We have stayed for our annual vacation in December 2023 for two days with 2 kids and 5 adults. Excellent hospitality, outstanding view and location. We have stayed in the beach facing rooms with all modern amenities. Most good part was their behaviour and food

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
