        The owner is rude, mean, and an incredibly obnoxious human being. We asked for all-outs cause this place is swarmed with mosquitoes, and the owner threw a fit cause I asked him at midnight (I had asked twice before too). The son of the owner is still ok. Now, about the actual rooms; they are all matchboxes. No jet sprays in the washrooms. We had balls of hair under the door, which was a delightful surprise. There is no exhaust in the washroom either ( smells swampy and salty at the same time). They lure you in with the promises of an ac and you stay thinking, ‘oh, this is not a bad deal at all for the amount I’m paying.’ Then, you go out and swim and party and get drunk and you come back to this room and your brain spontaneously implodes.

        worst experience the service was 1/5 for the room room was stinky, washroom was not at all clean its like you dont have option than you have to use. but stay experience was pathetic. they charged 3K for non-AC room and did not even provide us toiletry, towel, and if ask them then they will be like we dont provide. And the owner did not know how to talk to customer, restaurant: food was reallly good at good price and the service was good. over all i would say no to go with this resort

        Worst hotel never visit this hotel! Room service 👎,no Water supply, drunk staff,rush behaviour of staff,no respect for guest, rooms are not cleaned !! Staff behaviour is worst he says am the owner full drunk! Next day i changed room no water no proper bathrooms all broken

        TERRIBLE PLACE. Don't go here. The staff is rude and disconcerned about your stay. Extremely inhospitable. Such people should not be in hospitality. We wanted to book online when it was available, and they refused to give us a room if we booked online cause they would be making lesser money. The bathroom was full of mosquitoes and was stinking. The room was small and dusty. You can hear everyone living on that floor through the walls Because it's so small and cramped. I'd rather suggest, pay 1000 more and stay somewhere apart from this area.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
