        Great place to stay! Good location in Tadong! 20 mins drive to Bazaar/MG road. Very courteous staff and unmatched hospitality. Has Attic Lounge, Gravity Disco and a Cafe! Food is also nice. Live music on weekends. Walking distance from Sikkim Manipal University.

        Had a great stay at the hotel. Staff are courteous and very cooperative. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are also well maintained, clean with all needed amenities; and the staff help you out with any extra needs you might have. The rooftop restaurant itself has a great ambience. The view from the hotel is obviously an added bonus. All in all, a good experience, would definitely recommend!

        The rooms were good! The service the best! The location was good! The advantages the hotel has is that the staff it employs starting from the chefs, cleaners to the receptionist. But one wouldn't be praising the stuff unless they also had good rooms and a good location. Some might not like the location the hotel is at but personally for me this was another plus point for me since it's only a few minutes away from the heart of the city! Thank you to all the staff who took care of us.

        When I visited Gangtok, I lived in Cygnett Inn La Maison hotel for 2 to 3 days. This hotel is situated in the heart of Gangtok, Sikkim. The overall experience was fantastic. The food, culinary, aesthetics were exceptionally good. Entirely satisfied with the service of the hotel. The staff was friendly, especially the ma'am who is managing the restaurant of this hotel. She was very friendly, helpful and supportive. The quality and precision given by the hotel were very good. I had no complaints whatsoever. The size of the rooms and bathrooms was good and the views from the balcony are astonishing. I would also appreciate the efforts of all the staff members of Cygnett Inn La Maison hotel for their outstanding service. I would highly recommend Cygnett Inn La Maison hotel to everyone who is planning to visit Gangtok, Sikkim.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
