Rooms are good but they arranged a driver for sight seeing . He cheated me. A person called Javed. He showed me only 2 nearby places and collected ₹2800. Before you go better ask which all places are covered in the trip else you may get into this kinda trap. One star less for the hotel . Otherwise all good. Food , rooms everything

Very bad hotel. Don't book there, charges are at par with good hotels but services are below average. Front desk big fat guy, absolutely mannerless, no greeting to guests just sitting like govt clerk. Room hygiene was very poor, insects were there in bathroom. They served 2-3 days old breakfast in buffet spread, Sambhar had rotten smell, chutney was also smelling bad, tea was cold. Staff of dining hall also not in mood to serve. Very bad hotel, u can book good hotel in same price like viceroy in, MJ, Eeffitel, lemon tree

I booked the club room by directly calling their main office but when I went to reception they gave me a superia(one below club) room by saying that they are already booked with the club room on which I agreed . However being a premium hotel chain they have VERY POOR SERVICE. I stay there for a day .I have to call them 3 times just for the basic things like towel. When I called their room to dine in service and asked them to send water around 10.30pm they did not send it. This kind of service was not at all expected from Cygneet hotel chain! Apart from service I will say room was decent and food was good !

Good location. Close to ISBT & main highway. Cordial support staff. Decent, clean rooms with good decor. Nice food. Excellent service! Overall, a satisfying stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
