Very good hotel. Nice and clean . Very close to Chennai Kolkata Highway. Rooms are good. Housekeeping maintained. Only thing away from city, approximately 20-25 km. Conference hall is also good. Staff is friendly. Some issue of language with some staff, the can't understand Hindi. Overall hotel is good for stay and conference

The hotel seems to be spick and span in terms of room quality and facilities. The food was scrumptious and good in quality. Except for the distance from main Vizag city, if you’re looking for an accommodation near this location/Steel club this would be a perfect choice !!

I have checked in to the hotel during my transit towards Kolkata. Although the hotel is near the Highway and the security gaurd was very helpful. Apart from that the other sevices are pathetic. We asked for cold water, they dont have it in Room services, so they charged us while sending from restaurant. At the night 12AM, suddenly the AC stopped working. While calling and notifying them, they took an hour to attend the call. They are not even ready to come stating that all are running fine. With lot of pleading, the maintaince guy came stating its not a problem at all. Then I have to show him stating that the AC is not working by climbing on the chair and showing the air flow. Then they took almost an hour fixing it. While I requested for a change of room or connecting to manager, they straightway denied connecting to manager. Since I have to drive down next day, I someway slept, but they keep knocking the door at the middle of night. It was a horrible experience and I would suggest not to ever checkin to this hotel ever. esp those love to stay near highway to have the facility to jumping to the highway earliest. Dont waste your money and time to rest staying in this hotel.
