Good hotel for leisure. A bit distance from the beach (500m) however, the hotel is good considering the similar price range at Digha. Staffs are very mush helpful and prompt. Service is good.

Exceptional Hospitality and Homely Comfort. My recent stay at Cygnett was nothing short of fantastic. The food, a delightful blend of homely flavors and culinary expertise, was a highlight of my experience. The real gem, however, was the exceptional behavior of the staff. Mr. Milan, in particular, stood out with his unwavering dedication to meeting our every need. His personalized recommendations and prompt attention added a special touch to our stay, making us feel truly valued. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff's passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience. In conclusion, this place is a gem that combines homely comfort with top-notch hospitality. My sincere thanks to Mr. Milan and the entire team and front desk staff for making our stay truly special. We stayed at cygnett inn sea view for 3 days. Experience was good. Rooms were decent in size with all modern amenities plus their balcony is really good. There is a rooftop pool, which I didn’t use during my visit. Food was good but costly. There is an option of buffet breakfast with live omelette, dosa counter.Mostly veg items and 1-2 egg items.I visited this property earlier in 2020. One thing i observed is their options for breakfast has been reduced since my last visit.

Horrible. The Front of the hotel was in the dark when we reached. Not visible from far. After check in we were given a room with broken lock,dirtiest linen on earth and non- functioning shower. The front office remained unfazed on complaint. The sub staff tried hard to cover up but the management was poor. The restaurant was comparatively clean. Quality of food was not good.

Good Hotel for staying with Friends and Family, Rooftop Swimming Pool is nice, sea beach is very near from the Hotel. Hotel view from balcony is also very nice. Breakfast Buffet is also very good in this Hotel. All the amenities are also very good through rooms are a bit expensive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
