We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The prime location along the main Alleppey backwater stretch was a highlight, and the large rooms offered a spacious and comfortable experience. Opting for one of the three backwater-facing rooms provided an amazing view. The staff was not only soft-spoken but also incredibly helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The resort proved to be excellent value for money, with a good pool that also offered a pleasant view. While the quality of food and breakfast could be improved, the positives of the stay far outweighed this minor drawback. Highly recommended for a memorable and value experience.

The rooms are very well maintained. The property manager was very rude and argumentative he charge extra for boating which he early communicated to us was 2000 for 2 hours but at the time of billing he charged us 4000 for 2 hours. Even we don’t have information about dinner timing hotel staff closed dinner service at 7:30 without any information.I asked for the owner’s number but they denied that. Book at your own risk beware from the manager of the resort very bad experience

The place is away from the city and just on the backwaters. Better to stay in their lake view rooms or wooden cottage which are on backwaters actually. The shikara or houseboat rides comes at your rooms door to pick you up. Excellent location and service. Food is top notch. Don't miss their breakfast it was very tasty and all are freshly prepared. Dinner must try kerala.fish fry here. It has been very differently prepared.

Cyrus resort is on the side of back waters. Neatly arranged. Rooms are good. Small restaurant🍴 is there. As there's only small number of guests, we have to order in advance. But they provide tasty😋 food. Service was very good. They maintain cleanliness. The environment is full of greenery. Excellently they maintain garden. Small swimming 🏊pool is there. House boat ⛵facility is provided. If you want to spend time leisurely, then this is the place for you

It's not a resort per-say just a huge home converted into a resort so if you're expecting something luxurious this is probably not it. The services are quiet nice except few instances here and there with the staff overall satisfactory. The best part is the boat house and the boat ride it is absolutely worth it, on the other hand rooms not so much

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
