We went in a group to DATA and it was a great experience. Warm welcome and being there gives you goosebumps, your inner patriotism is awaken. Beautiful place to explore and so many tactics you can learn professionally as well as your personal growth. My dearest thanks to Somnath Jana who has been serving us those yummy food there. Moreover a great concept and really looking forward to be there again soon 😊

BUT....yes am starting the review with BUT ...because during my review I will say all good things and then come to BUT which is the reason for 1 star less. D.A.T.A by far is the best theme based resorts and it actually sticks to the Military theme to the dot. Location, Views, Ambience, Food, Activities, Staff everything is topnotch. This is a must visit place. BUT... I had gone for the New Year Eve 2024 extravaganza and that was a big disappointment. Guests soon had their heads down busy on their mobile screens. And this is where the resort lost one star from me. Rest assured...go there and enjoy

We have been there for corporate training. The trainers are very good and tell us the various techniques to survive in different conditions. We enjoyed a lot here. They also have stay options and the rooms are very good. This place is calm & situated in mountains. They have their trucks from Della Resort to pick up & drop. This is approx. 15 km from Della Resort. The food we had here was amazing. Veg/non-veg both options are very good. They provide the clothes and shoes for training. They have the amazing dam view. You have to trek for 2km from the dropping point to reach to this resort.

I recently visited Lonavala's renowned 5-star resort and had a generally positive experience. The property lived up to its luxurious reputation, offering top-notch amenities and excellent food. The location was ideal, complementing the overall charm of the stay. One highlight was the engaging military and team-building activities, adding an adventurous twist to the leisurely atmosphere. These activities enhanced the overall enjoyment and brought a unique element to the resort experience. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by an unfortunate incident during a supposed team-building exercise involving a firewalk activity. The implementation seemed poorly executed, resulting in a burn on my leg. This unexpected mishap significantly affected my overall satisfaction with the stay. In conclusion, while the resort excelled in several aspects, the safety and execution of certain activities left room for improvement. Visitors should be cautious and ensure the proper handling of any adventurous undertakings to avoid unforeseen incidents.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
