Loved my stay here. Nice rooms, super spacious, clean bathroom and linen, and the breakfast has various options. The restaurant was also lovely. The general lobby interiors is weirdly gaudy/trying to roman? But that doesn't matter so much i guess. No gym though. Happy to stay here and recommend!

I had booked Dayal Gateway for my daughter's marriage. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff of Gatway is very accommodating and friendly. Their service was incredible. Food served in all functions was very delicious. I specially would like to thank Nikhil,General Manager for warm hospitality, transparency and insuring the smooth check -ins.I have no words to explain dedication of Nikhil towards his work and taking care of everything personally. 👍

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent ring ceremony program held on October 25th, for which we booked 20 rooms at your establishment. During this event, several guests parked two to three cars near the hotel for ease of managing guest pickup and drop-offs. However, it was evident that the parking arrangements near the hotel were inadequate for our event's requirements. Furthermore, some of our guests encountered challenges accessing basic amenities such as water, with inconsistent service experienced across the rooms. Despite repeated requests, certain rooms did not promptly receive the essential amenity of water, resulting in an inconvenience for our attendees. Moreover, the main course provided during the event failed to meet our expectations in terms of quality and service, which was regrettable.

Worst experience, nikhil who is said to be the GM has no experience, does not know what hospitality is , and only concern about the money . At the time of booking they will promise for every thing but will never deliver 20% of it . There serving staff is totally inexperienced, We had booking on 27th & 28th nov 23. The hall was given at 7:00 in the evening then there Decorater shamshee start there work which was pathetic. No experience staff on chat counter , My mausa ji took charge of it, The real episode happened on the marriage day that is 28th dec They never put a snacks counter which was promised by them , hardly any snacks was served. The real action came when mr. GM came on the marriage lawn . ( nikhil) We thought he is there to look after that every thing is fine & there staff is doing well. The barat was on the gate then this great GM came & said that no snacks & food will be served as you have not made the full payment. How embarrassing was it that the food & snacks was stoped for more than 45 minutes. We were staying there from last three day he never showed any seriousness about the payment. If he could have asked & showed the seriousness than we would have done the full payment. But the time he chose was as if it was pre planned. It was not easy to arrange funds at that moment when barat was entering the lawn. We asked him to kindly wait as the Jaimal is over we will make the payment but nikhil has no soft corner & said that it’s a pressure of MD. They do not have sufficient serving crockery. The serving boy was putting his hand in the soup container & was serving the soup with coffee mug . Fire hazard took place at the stage & there was no safety measures. How dayal gateway can keep such a inexperience event management team . Shamshee work was also not up to the mark , His excuse was that the dayal gate was takes good commission therefore we have to compromise with the word. Over all a marriage in your family is a very special occasion but for dayal it’s only a profit making event they are hardly bothered about your reputation, so my suggestion is to never chose dayal . You are forced to make full payment but in return they have no commitment to deliver there 100%

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
