        I have stayed here 3 days and this is one of the worst experience ever if u order food from outside they don't give plates evening time they make their house keeping staff as a receptionist and they don't have manners to talk to a customer unfortunately today after making entire payment I had to cheack out I supposed to stay their for 7 days But I checked out this hotel management system is very terrible they don't clean room on time they wanted me to order the food their in house restaurant hyderabad mandi house once I ordered food from zomato it's very terrible they don't use fresh ingredients so they are forcing me to order it from their I felt so unsafe and terrible environment such a low class place to stay first day I made a booking from goibibo they refused to take a booking and they told me to be walk in unfortunately due to traffic I preferred this place but it's very bad and cheap their housekeeping staff utter worst

        An unrealistic experience which i had with this bloody accommodation. 1. They aren't allowing extra persons with us even to get refreshed telling that its not applicable which i had never ever seen in any kind of accommodation. 2. They want us to pay full amount even without making us visit into what kind of accommodation was allocated to us as a customer. 3. The room was not at all neat and tidy. It was full of smoke smell and the main door and restroom doors doesn't have proper lock facility. No flush & Gun for toilets is working in any of the rooms allocated which was really a worrrrrrrst experience. 4. No coffee will be provided until 9 AM 5. No hot water facility provided. 6. Drinking water was provided post checking into room and not by default. The receptionist was so rude to customers with his response. A well known scam is happening in the price for each and every customer based on their queries for booking and hotel was run by someone who is not at all in Bangalore location. Sitting in someother location and providing instructions to an idiot in Lobby mentioning as receptionist.

        Difficult to find using maps sent by make my trip. No contact no. given. Hotel sign is not clearly visible unless u can look up in the sky or behind the bushes. Also it is very small compared to other businesses on site.

        It was a worst experience I had in the hotel.The location given with DBR Suites leads a person to somewhere else. The room is not clean and tidy.AC is not working. I had to call the reception at night,then after a while a person turned up with a remote of AC. Even this was not in the Room.To sum up I should say it is not worth for the payment that we give.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
