        Beware of the pathetic service in this hotel. Very, very bad service provided by the front office staff. They do not know how to behave with the customers. They do not provide glasses or water in the rooms. The front office staff said to call #9 for any service, but the room we stayed did not have a telephone to call reception and ask for any service. When asked about this, he was giving some excuses. When I told the front office staff that I will write a bad review, he said you can do whatever you want; we are not bothered. My dear friends, please look for some other hotel that respects customers and provides good service.

        Worst hotel in Bangalore…. Poor front office service… rooms are dirty. Very very rude people. Total money minded person. Cheating the customer by adding their hotels in oyo services charging some amount in online. Once we book through online and came for check in, they will double the price for room if we don’t pay they won’t refund our money also and asking the customer to go for other hotels. They say from check in time 24 hrs as one day count, we checked in around 9 pm but they asked us to check out next day by 11 itself. Pathetic hotel, how come these kind of suites are still allowed to run and cheat customers. They should be closed. If we had negative stars I would like to give negative 5 star

        This is now DBR suites. The reviews are true. Pathetic service. Booked it for some guests. Hot water was not available, they confirmed it is available 24/7. There are no pros apart from the location. Better to sleep on roads than book here.

        I stayed in this hotel in Oct 2023, and it was the worst hotel i have stayed. Horrible service, the rooms are in terrible shape. Bathroom flush not working. Very bad experience.

        Completely money minded people.. Bathrooms are unclean and has broken items.. Don't trust the 5 star reviews.. all are fake. Had a pathetic experience after booking rooms for my guests.. They took money from my guest as well from us for an extra requested service. Please go with other nearby hotels.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
