This was our first time staying here at DeGarland in Palolem, and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location is close to the beach and all popular eating joints although their in house restaurant boasts some really good food and breakfast. A big thank you to Mr MP Singh and his team who were so warm and happy to help us with everything during our stay. It made us feel very welcome. Can't wait to come back.

It's a nice place to stay, especially when you need to go to beautiful Palolem beach. Rooms are spacious. It's newly constructed, so one can feel the feeshness. No lift as it's a building if 3 floors. The pool side bar is under construction. The garden area for huge gatherings is being built too. Special thanks to Mr. MP Singh, who took care of our food option requirements in the best way.

Booked family rooms for our group. Amazing service by the hotel staff , always smiling with namaste. Rooms were neat & clean. Nadora restaurant served some lip-smacking Indian dishes. Also enjoyed Pizza & sizzlers at the newly opened Kayena restaurant which has a calm and soothing ambience overlooking the pool.

We went for family vacation at Goa and stayed at De Garland Hotel for four days. It is a comparatively new hotel opened at Palolem, South Goa, 1.5 kms before Palolem beach, yet away from the crowd. Nice ambiance, courteous staff, delicious food. Rooms are cozy. Wholesome experience. Highly recommended if you wish to spend couple of quiet days in Goa. But located far away from majority tourist destinations.

One of the best place to stay in south Goa specially if you are travelling with family. Spacious room with good facilities. Pool area is amazing. Nadora restaurants in hotel provide the quality food and breakfast was really good. Overall a good place to stay along with family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
