Location is awesome, right on the beach which was not too crowded. Breakfast had 8-10 options. The manager Akash is very professional and polite. He suggested us a few good places to visit around. The staff named Krishna was friendly and quick with his service.. Over all a pleasent stay. Will definitely recommend.

Just amazing. This resort is just on the beach. They serve one of the tastiest food i had in a long time. Also, humble and helpful staff. I really enjoyed vacations here. Krishna from restaurant gave exceptional service. Thank you so much. 10/10 for this location 👍🏻

De soul sante is a charming, budget friendly hotel located right on the Morjim strip. The location is convenient, it isn't right on the beach but you can walk across the street, through one of the restaurants across the road and directly on to the beach. I really liked the breakfast that was included as well. We stayed 2 nights and every morning the breakfast was made to order and had a variety of options. The also switched up the menu a little everyday so you weren't eating the same things. Everything that we ordered was delicious. The rooms were nice enough, bed was comfortable, decent amount of storage space, mini fridge in the room, AC worked great. Basically everything you needed to make yourself comfortable. The room also had a nice verandah if you wanted to sit outside with a cup of tea (or a beer). Bathroom had hot water and good water pressure. All in all it was a very comfortable stay. If only this property was able to add a pool they would be perfect!

It was my first ever trip to Goa and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than De Soul Santé. Situated on the Morjim beach, it’s a lovely place to enjoy the beach if you need an escape from the city. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout. The food was delicious and homely. The cottages were very spacious, elegant and well maintained, furnished exceptionally well. Just a perfect quaint little paradise 😍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
