"0" rating for such type of hotels. Guys don't book rooms by photos or reviews. Photos and original hotel is very different. Only outter building photo is same as per original..thank god for that. They will charge you full payment at the time of booking so that afterwards by looking at rooms and ambience either you stay or leave the hotel they don't care. They got there payment..CHEATERS they are. Left the hotel with 24hrs. Pathetic & worst experience.

Ok idk who reviewed the place as good but honest review, This is not even a 1* place to be at. Very old property inside the rooms are pathetic, very old rooms no proper ac too much foul smell in the rooms, paint will fall on your head, bedsheets have idk what type of mites on them also cockroaches. Swimming pool is not working. Staff is rude. Also had a convo with owner to compensate but she didnt really support good. Please do not visit. Please.

First of all its not a hotel its OYO. Totally not safe for family. Our Overall experience is very bad. Service persons and staff are also not good. Hotel owners don't have any manners to talk with peoples.. Once they get the booking amount they will treat us like foolish. Dont pay single rupee before location and room check. Whatever they have posted in pictures its not there at all.. Hotel rooms is totally different.

Loved the room but the services are not good because mentioned outside food is not allowed and need to order from the restaurant available but the restaurant has menu with no food items. I ordered a tea and coffee they brought it to room after 1:30hrs. We stayed for 3 days struggled for Wi-fi Mentioned available but not working at the time we stayed. and provided TV and few channels were working on day 1 and from next day TV doesn't work. No house keeping sent,No water kept in the room. Geyser,AC Bed are good but the shower gel did not refill you can stay for 1-2 days if more than that don't expect more and stay

The worst hotel ever. The rooms were dirty and the interior was all falling apart. The washrooms were not clean. The staff was ignorant and wierd. One of the staff didn't leave a chance to stare at me. There was no wifi and no network inside the room. TV was not working. The balconies were not cleaned. Even after paying the full payment for 2 nights prior we had to wait for more than 1 hr to get the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
