        The most pathetic experience me and my wife faced. Their service is worthless, the male receptionist was very rude. The taps in bathroom were broken and one day there was no water in morning, we have to call the ppl multiple times. The food was worst quality. Last but not the least their misbehave. We have asked for Bhetki fish and they gave as Katla fish but charged for Bhetki - while we informed them the same, they keep continue arguing and behaved very rudely with us. I would strongly discourage everyone not to visit this place in future.

        Service: service is ok ok type nothing like Wow according to me it's overpriced. Location: it's 8 Km far from the main mandarmani market or tourist area. Literally no shop or market nearby. The only option is to take a local transport costing around 300 to go market up and down every time. To reach the road you have to walk at least 1 km from the hotel. If you have a personal car it's ok Room: it depends upon your lunch some rooms are good some have some minor issues like toilet and other.

        Stayed in 2rd floor rooms, expensive rooms but pathetic service. Ac was worse, you will get swimming pool vibe inside room, bathroom was unclean, most of bathroom gadgets are not in working condition. Few service boy was good and well behaved. More over after payment if you ask for a bill with gst they will take a week time to say "no" they can't process valid bill. Restaurant service is above average. Not recommended in category of high budget hotels.

        One of the worst hotel in mandarmani, room quality is like slum . Flush in the bathroom was not working , a/c is just for show in that room If you need and thing from room service please make your call at least twice otherwise you have to wait 45min but location was good the only plus they have . I hope they improve

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
