It was wonderful experience. Super for family vacations. You can enjoy all rides with kids and family. If you are adventure lover then it's a best place for you. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and beautiful interiors.staff is very polite and helpful. House keeping staff are very helpful, cooperative and polite Must go with family and friends.

Opulence is not hospitality! Way below in customer service standards! You are made to feel you are the product here! Breakfast spread is highly disappointing. The first hotel where we had to hear “we don’t have your car keys sir” ( misplaced our car keys) in the valet desk. Enjoy the architectural marvellous! For stay and comfort prefer somewhere else.

I previously worked in the hotel management industry and know what it takes to run an upscale full service hotel. Della resorts is one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. From the rooms and decor, to the service, amenities, restaurants, lounges, the pool, and grounds. Everything is immaculate, the service really does feel top notch, and the restaurant is amazing. On top of it all, the architecture is stunning. Much more interesting than the other luxury hotel brands out there. If your looking for a star hotel experience where your every need is anticipated and catered to, try out the Della Resorts. Safe travels!

UNDERDELIVERS FOR THE HIGH PRICE POINT. I went to Della over the weekend with my friend hoping for a relaxing weekend, expecting the kind of amenities one would expect from a supposed 5 star which boasts of world class facilities. Boy, was I wrong. Starting with the cold staff at the reception upon being "welcomed" - other 5 stars I've been to have always been warm and welcoming but the staff here seemed to be on a mission to extract how much ever money they can from its' guests. When we went into the restaurant the staff immediately sprang on us expecting money for a table - all in the name of a show which we weren't even interested in watching, we simply wanted to dine (tables are supposed to be free for in house guests). After 2-3 attempts at extracting money from us by getting into jargon and terms and conditions, the staff finally gave up reluctantly. And coming to the food, the dishes were not at all up to the mark - left us with a queasy feeling. Highly overpriced food. Here too, the staff swindled us into ordering more by falsely informing us about the quantity (they told us it's an individual portion but the quantity was sufficient enough for 2 people) The valet system is also quite rigid with the valet person refusing to give us keys to our own car! (Despite having a valid coupon) We were upgraded to a garden view room with jacuzzi - but it took 3 different staff members and over an hour to get it to work. And half of the controls and features weren't even functioning properly - and not to mention frogs and other insects in the area. The room didn't even have basic amenities such as tea bags and kettle (things you can expect at an average 3 star hotel nowadays) The ironing table didn't have a functioning stand either. Overall the only good part was the spa and the overall architecture and infrastructure of the property - as a "premium property" it totally underdelivers on other aspects.

Excellent place. Came here for a reunion. Service was impeccable even with all the crowds. Lots of space. Rooms are excellent (443), except a bit too dark for my liking and the tap controls are confusing. Will plan to come with family once for the adventure sports

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
