A very nice and comfortable budget friendly hotel just 5 mins from Chennai international airport. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean with cable TV WiFi and A/c. They provide airport shuttle. On site food also can be ordered. They have parking for 3 cars in front of the hotel. Just next door is the Green Masjid. Overall I will highly recommend the hotel.

Name a thing, the hotel is bad at it. After everything the staff has the audacity to ask us with a polite face to put five star rating! You can feel the springs under the beds. My back was aching after checkout because of this. Bathroom was okayish. We stayed only half a day. So not sure if they insects problem is there. Bed spreads were not that good. Towel would leave you questioning if u have to bath. And this experience for 1700rs!!!! Thats the bad part. I could have booked at oyo for a cheaper price with slightly better quality

The sheets smelled like cigars and the blanket had hair of customer before me and also, there were bugs on the blanket. The price of AC and Non-AC rooms is not much of a difference. For the breakfast part, you have to go to the restaurant beside the hotel (which comes before Sivam Lodge), because they don't serve before 12:00 PM. And you can clearly see that there is a Coffee Machine, but, they don't serve Coffee. Now, the good part is that, they provide free Wi-Fi and Cab to take you to the Airport. And the staff is not all bad. Also, if you want to have a dinner somewhere else, then, there is a restaurant in-between Sivam Lodge and the Hotel (they serve good food).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
