This place is amazing for a getaway! I stayed here recently and it was fantastic. First, the pool was like paradise. The water was super clear, there were lots of comfy chairs, and it was so relaxing. The location is perfect. It's right in the middle of everything – restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. It's so convenient. And the staff were really nice. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always friendly. I can't wait to go back!

Excellent place to visit Great experience at the resort! Our first encounter was with the front desk staff who made our day after a longer than expected journey. We were given a room with beautiful scenery and I could even catch the beautiful sunrise from the balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast spread in the restaurant. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience and I would like to thank everyone in Dera Masuda for the warm hospitality and wonderful service.

The food, setting, everything has been amazing. The staff at Dera Masuda stand out as well... always smiling, friendly and more than glad to help! Food selection and presentation was very good. Service was spot on. Totally recommend the resort ;)

Dera Masuda exceeded my expectations, from the restaurant within the hotel and friendly staff to the amazing pool (must visit the pool in the evening as well, spectacular). Breakfast was not short of choice either. Delicious foods were on offer for both adults and children. Room was tidied and cleaned thoroughly each time. Nothing was missed. Will come back soon with all of my family next trip..

Very nice place for A vacation, family function and outing. Food is very good and spices are well balanced. One can get the changes also done as per taste buds. Service is nice, well maintained rooms and decent service. Keep it up

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
