Not good by any means. The food was very very poor. Tents weren't that good Bigger tents have open ventilation which lets the cold air come in, which is very problematic when you are in an open desert area We asked them for smaller tents which were more packed ventilation wise, which they provided us thus giving stars for that service. The washroom was very very poor No proper enclosure between the room and bathroom No sewerage pipes Very bad Basic amenities weren't provided Whatever is shown in the pics for booking is not there in the room nothing only a bed is there no mirrors no chairs nothing. Wouldn't recommend this place as there are hundreds of options in the same line

All Gujarat state guys, hereby i request to each of you do not book tent in desert overnight camp & resort in desert, as we are 7 of friends was visited there and we were suffered too much everytime if we ask for basic requirement, they do not serve better for foods, hospitality, hygieness at all. I request to all do not book online must need to visit there and check at actual contion of tent. You can more aware about it.

Location is good. Front view having Desert and camel rides. Tent rooms are quite bigger and clean. Have an attached spacious toilet. Only drawback is water availability. Could not get sufficient water for all needs, so plan accordingly. Food is below average. No need to count on the welcome drinks and tea/snacks...

****I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR STAY**** ***There are no zero ratings otherwise I'd have given it to them*** We were two couples and took two tents during our stay of one night. They charged us 3500 per tent which wasn't worth it at all. We reached around 3PM and we were supposed to get our rooms at 2PM since that was the check-in time but our tents were not cleaned even after our arrival. We got our tents around 4PM. The bedsheets and quilts were not clean at all and were probably used by the previous guests. The bathroom wasn't accessible as there were zippers to close the tent which were broken and we couldn't close the bathroom. The drain pipe of the bathroom's wash basin was broken, so if you are washing your hands you're basically getting dripped with water all over your feet. We didn't get hot running water since there are no geysers (you only get a bit warm water during morning). They didn't provide any bath accessories until we asked for it (soap, towels). The tents do not look clean like the way they are shown in the pictures. They didn't provide any mirror or kettle like shown in the pictures. Food wasn't great either. *STAFF WAS SO ILLITERATE THAT THEY WALK STRAIGHT INTO YOUR TENT WITHOUT SEEKING PERMISSION FIRST SINCE TENTS DIDN'T HAVE DOORS BUT ZIPPERS*

Best desert camp I have ever seen... It is situated in the middle of the beautiful Thar desert. The staff is very polite and welcoming..the service provided by them is also absolutely super duper, the food was delicious 🤤. Jeep Safari and Camel Safari are totally different from others and fulfill the most awaited excitement and fun of Golden City Jaisalmer. Sahil bhai is very kind and cooperative personality 🌟🌟🌟💫Thank you @jaisalmer Sam Desert Safari

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
