Fantastic Stay , very calm and relaxing, Best hospitality along with very humble and supportive Staff, location even though is little difficult but the showering sound of river takes you to the next level ... We are pet oparents and this cottage is pert friendly , icing on the cake is it's scenic beauty .... People who are keen of yoga and likes calmness this is the place they must stay ...... Rear locations gives you feel of proper village along with all modern facilities.....Wishing DBFC best of luck 🤞

The farmhouse itself is surrounded by lush greenery that seemed straight out of a painting, especially the snow- covered mountain caps that can be seen from here. The landscape was breathtaking, with rolling hills and pristine streams flowing nearby. and offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. From the humble owner and polite workers to the lush green surroundings and impeccable hygiene, every detail was carefully thought out to create a memorable experience. The food is really amazing, offering a wide variety of menu. Each corner of the property offered a breathtaking view, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and reflection. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a taste of authentic Himachali hospitality, this farmhouse is a true gem that should not be missed.

Absolutely wonderful experience in a lush green, tranquil environment- farms, forest and a 2 minute trek down to the river stream. Delicious home-style meals. Amazing views of the snow capped Dauladhar mountains. All cottages are alike, just 6 of them, ensuring you have a Personalized experience. Every staff member, from house keeping to dining, to chef, and the property owner himself- are very courteous, helpful and Available. Cottages and the property itself is a 5-min walk from where they let your cars park. Dharamshala ropeway is a 20-minute drive. Don't miss out a walk/trek to the HPCA stadium, about 30 mins one way. Overall, great hospitality. Thank you team DBFC for a memorable stay!!

Amazing & serene experience staying at Dev Bhoomi farms. Away from city’s hustle, peaceful, close to nature with private river bed access. Beautiful, clean & spacious tent cottages. Polite & courteous staff and most important, food was sumptuous and at par with home cooked. They were very helpful in arranging sight seeings, planning and executing itineraries well. Overall good stay, would like to be back again. Thanks Dev Bhoomi farms staff and management.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
