Too expensive for the amenities offered. Paid more than 7000 bucks for 2 rooms going by the 4 star rating, it ends up being an average hotel with compact rooms and not so great interiors. Cleanliness needs to improve too. The only benefit is location. But then there were many hotels nearby which had the same pros and were cheaper.

This hotel is very nice. I book for 2night. Room clean was not good because i did early check in at 6am.Last day my check out was 11am. But i kept my belongings in the hotel only .after that i came at 7pm and fresh up in the hotel. The hotel staffs are very helpful. Below that one resturent also there kongu kitchen.

Stayed over a weekend here, the staff is very good and friendly. The room was a little small for a price of Rs. 2000 but for a weekend it's worth that price. The hotel is located on the main road of Pondicherry which is just about 15min walk from the bus stand and 10mins walk from the beach. They also provide parking for 2 & 4 wheelers, so that's a plus point when you are renting a vehicle or even for safety of your own vehicle.

It's very close to white town.. rental bikes are near to this place.. you can check "happy ride".. room and bathroom were clean when I check in. It's a 2 star hotel, not 4 star. So keep that in mind. Tea/ coffee not available. You have to go outside. In-house restaurant is there for dinner and lunch. For some special categories room they have complimentary breakfast. Overall good experience. Staffs are nice..

Pro- 1. The location is too good. 2. Sports BAR on top of the hotel. Cons- 1. Very small rooms. 2. Washroom is not good. Best deal under 1500/-

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
