        I would give this place a negative rating. The staff was unprofessional, we booked the rooms on Agoda, and the day we got there, they said our rooms were canceled and we had to pay up front. Meanwhile our credit card had paid the money. The bathrooms were atrocious, they did not clean after previous guest, used towels everywhere, THE TOILET SEAT HAD POOP STAINS ON IT. We told the manager to clean it, he said we will clean it but they didnt, and he said the toilet was like this when it was installed 2 years ago. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! We saw cockroaches in the room, stains on the curtains, and all over the walls. WE STRICTLY ADVISE ANYONE PLANNING ON STAYING HERE TO STAY AWAY. The management was horrible, the staff was very untrained. It took 3 hours to check us in because the staff couldnt scan our passports. WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

        Maintenance is very poor. Bathroom was choked and was not attended to inspite of our complaint to the manager Mr Bhaskar Rao. The room alloted to us was through club mahindra which was facing the backside with no view of the sea. We had to pay the hotel 4500 for 2 nights for a change of the room. Inspite of paying also the bathroom was choked . On the whole a bad experience

        Rooms are good. Food is good but service was unpleasant at times. We booked 6 rooms for 3 nights and almost all faced some or the other issues with their in room service. Service was delayed and at times was left undelivered (e.g. didn't serve tea, towel etc.) even after multiple requests. Feedback for any hotel can be summed up in 2 ques. 1. Would you like to visit again? 2. Would you recommend to others? And the answer is not a clear YES and that's only due to unpleasant service experience.

        Rooms are very average for the price we pay. Food is good for the cost they serve. Actually good food compared to other resorts around the vicinity. AC is the biggest challenge in the lobby and dining area. They shutdown the AC to save electricity I Guess

        In the First Stay 2023 I rated the same place as 5* but I got to see the real picture this time when we booked it for more days... Housekeeping and In room Dining Staff is Rude, Dont ever make a mistake of Extending your stay here as the rates will go up by 3k suddenly. I learnt my lesson wasted my money writing this to make you aware so you don't fall there.. Go to Marisol, Gold Beach, Miramar, Silver sands or Deltin... But don't come here guys

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
