A fantastic stay! Ekta ensured smooth reservations, and the entire team extended a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel offered a unique experience with Ganga prayers conducted by Pt Chandra Shekhar, creating a blissful atmosphere. Basu's exceptional and thoughtful care of our meals added an authentic touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service, making it my go-to for every visit.

Great location and clean, well-maintained rooms. Deb, Ekta and the rest of the team were very accommodating and excellent throughout our stay. Any request at any time of the day or night was immediately attended to.

Wonderful location, great staff, beautiful hotel located right on the Ganges. Staff were super friendly and helpful and upgraded us to a room with a balcony over the river which was delightful. Food in the restaurant was tasty and the staff cannot do enough for you. Atmosphere in the restaurant a bit lacking maybe. It's a 25-minute walk through the bazaar to the main ghat and the aarti ceremony, or you can walk the ghats the other side of the river which is pleasant. Special mention for Ekta (spelling?), also the young gentleman who checked us in (didn't get his name) and all the restaurant staff especially one chap who gave us his name but I have forgotten it already.....so sorry! It was a very unfamiliar name for us. At breakfast it was a bit of a bun fight when there was a group of Indian tourists staying at the hotel but the staff made sure there was some food left for us - it was actually quite entertaining. I would say this is a mid range hotel, it's not a budget hotel but neither is it expensive. It's totally worth what we paid.

Location - just perfect as they have a private ghat for ganga snan which was excellent and comfortable staff - outstanding and extremely helpful special mention for EKTA at the reception FOOD - best breakfast buffet and superb dinner . service - excellent in all standards best place to stay in haridwar , u might find it slightly expensive but its very clean and hygenic for Haridwar . we were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay .

Brilliant hospitality at Dev Nadi Hotel in Haridwar. Everyone was polite and very helpful. A beautiful hotel right by the Ganges. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The food was amazing - very authentic and tasty. Thanks so much Ekta and team! Sadhna

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
