We enjoyed our stay at the tranquil setting of Dew Drops Farm and Resort. We immediately loved the beautiful surroundings. As a group of 4 people ( 2 adults, 9yr old and 14 yr old) we found the rooms comfortable and clean, although we had to air out the chemical smell of clean rooms on the first day. We had breakfast buffet as part of the stay which was satisfactory for most part. However while we were staying there, there was a large group of 12 also staying there. They were quite loud at nights til 3am and noisy in the dining room at breakfast. We figured it's best to eat on our porch and the management were happy to comply and delivered all of our meals to our porch. We much appreciated that service very much. The reception person, Anand, was very amiable, helpful and answered our groups questions. He also directed us to a nearby tea plantation estate and waterfalls after learning our desire to explore and walk around without a tour guide. Also, we enjoyed our day walking 5 km to the farmhouse and beyond. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

We stayed both at plantation and farm view rooms. Both at stunning location but farm view more scenic. Unfortunately on rooms we have mixed feedback as out of 2/4 rooms were outdated with dirty furniture and curtains, and walls covered with insects marks. 2/4 of bathrooms were also outdated with damp smell. Definitely rooms need to be freshen up. However on the positive, it is a beautiful setting in middle spice farm plantation. Peaceful and kids enjoyed fishing and birdwatching, we did some hikes around the estate. Only downside was the rubbish flying around and still kept on the ground around the treks which was not a great sight and shameful. Overall staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good with a great choice and reasonably priced.

Loved the single cottage we stayed beautiful vibe. The balcony behind the cottage was an excellent place. We spent a great time therein. We did play indoor games. Trekking was nice. All in all great experience

The isolation of the Dew Drops Farm Resort is wonderful for a peaceful vacation. You only hear the sounds of the birds around. The property is quite big and really beautiful. The staff was so helpful and patient. The manager recommended us a hike in the area and helped us with any questions we had. The drive to the main city is around half an hour and the scenes on the way are breathtaking.

We stayed here as family and the stay was worth the price. Food was tasty and rooms were clean and had basic amenities. Property is vast and we had a good one day stay! Would recommend for people looking for affordable options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
