I recently visited this property. I was amazed to see the lobby, quite grand and luxurious. My overall experience was very great. Staff is good and friendly. Rooms are cozy, spacious and super hygienic. The view was amazing from my room; it was a 180* degree Mountain View. Food was super delicious. They also have swimming pool at top floor and view from there was just fantastic. Excellent Stay 5/5 Keep it up team Divine Lakshmi Ganga 😊

Excellent food in the hotel restaurant. Very wide choice of menu. Had both the pasta and curry on two different occasions - both excellent. Food is very reasonably priced. Very attentive staff. I would highly recommend.

I did not stay at hotel but had an exceptional lunch at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent as well as the service. I had several business calls to make and the staff allowed me to take a table in the corner to conduct my calls. From there I had lunch which was very good. A bit of an “oasis” from the hustle bustle on the street. Highly recommended.

I had 3 night stay in this hotel The experience was awesome Rooms are having very nice view of mountains,very clean and hygienic.. spacious The staff from restaurant to room service 10/10..very prompt and excellent service...all are humble to help Food was tasty and yummy..the chef is very humble in nature..took care of my choices all 3 days by preparing excellent and mouth watering jain dishes specially for me Overall it was value for money Taking very nice experience and memories with me.. Must visit Overall experience 10/10

We were greeted with smiles from the reception and welcomed. We were offered breakfast and dinner which was included in our package as a good gesture. The hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. My deepest gratitude goes to the restaurant manager, Amit, who played a big role in our comfort, travel, and safety.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
