        I thought ‘the bad reviews can’t all be true’, BUT THEY ARE. - Terrible terrible customer service; the man on reception is exceptionally rude. - Hot water in shower is just a dribble and sometimes completely stops. We gave up trying to shower at all! - Rooms are dark and very average. Pigeons are roosting right outside our door, if we leave the door open for light and fresh air they fly into the room! - They only cleaned our room 3 times in a week. - Had to argue to get extra blankets for the beds. - They even asked me if I was checking out the third day of our week long stay in a way that felt like they were encouraging us to leave! We are moving to another hotel, hopefully it will be a better experience.

        encountered a series of frustrating issues 1. The hotel's management at the reception argued over their mistakes, offering rooms that were far below expectations. 2. The washroom taps were extremely difficult to rotate, requiring staff assistance multiple times. 3. Despite requesting a cancellation due to these issues, the hotel refused, stating it had to be done via an online platform with no option for inconvenience-related cancellations, which took a long time. 4. The General Manager's behavior was extremely rude, suggesting that because the booking was made at a lower price, a 5-star service shouldn't be expected, despite paying a substantial amount (17k for 2 days and 2 rooms). 5. The discrepancy between the room photos displayed on Agoda and the actual rooms provided was highlighted, but the hotel staff insisted on either accepting what was given or paying extra for another unsatisfactory room.

        The location of the hotel is very inside, the city with lots of traffic. The hotel doesn't have proper parking you have to park your car outside the hotel only. Rooms were not properly maintained, very suffocated. As per the rooms the tariff is very high, coming on to the breakfast then it is just ok to be so delicious. If you are coming with family then I will recommend looking for any other place.

        **BAD EXPERIENCE I was there for 3 nights. The place is at good location but there is no parking available at the hotel and they ask you to park your vehicle far away on the roads. The rooms are dirty with small bathrooms attached with pots. It feels so disgusting while bathing. They charge for the games that you are looking in the hotel images, not only this the pretty looking rooftop restaurant is also not own by the hotel. This restaurant is owned by someone else where you need to order food to sit there and to enjoy to view. The worst part is if you complain about anything then the hotel male hotel manager is so rude to give you a proper solution instead he will act like its our mistake if they don’t have the parking or better services. Don’t go for this hotel, search for something better.

        The photos in the website are very misleading and the rooms are way different than the ones shown here. Most importantly, there is no proper parking available. They just allow street parking in a very risky fashion that often leads to congestion and you end up bumping your vehicle somewhere. A big minus point here. The rooms are terrible- ill maintained, dirty and the furnitures are old. However, breakfast is good and most importantly, the location is what you would like. It’s centrally located so much so that pretty much everywhere is just 20 minutes away.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
