House boat experience was very pathetic We are on our first Kashmir trip If you want just to know how it looks then fine ,other wise 1 )the behaviour of owner was very pathetic Has no service mentality 2) no exhaust fan in wash room area 3) Even water, towel ,soap will not get from them 4)bed was not cleaned. The pillow cover not even washed. There was no room heater ,they will heat the bed insted

Very pathetic experience staying at this boat house. The owner of the boat is so rude. There is no fans in the dining area. Fans of the rooms were not working and the owner left the place without solving our problems. Food was so pathetic, you can't even smell it. No view was there from any of the rooms. Windows were not closing, the boat was full of mosquitoes. The staff was not even letting 3 people sit on the bed. Saying the maximum capacity of the bed is only 2, as he was peeping through the window, bcox it wasn't closing. Don't go for it.

We had a short stay of 1 day only. The owner of the houseboat is really welcoming. The staff is also good and punctual. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food was just like home. The wifi was great. Overall I loved the stay. Its a good houseboat if your budget is economical.

Rooms were good but you can't force people to walk barefoot in the boat not everyone likes it and the food was below average and their washrooms weren't clean. Our complimentary shikara ride was also not done they postponed it 2 days and initially we had to wait for one hour for the shikaara ride. Also, the view from this houseboat was sub par since all we could see was a bunch of houseboats and nothing else. WiFi connectivity is average.

I had the worst experience, the owner was very rude and behaved as if he is paying for the room. Don't go here , trust me. The guy is illiterate and uncultured. This hotel should be banned.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
