Good place to stay with family and friends. Staff are courteous and rooms were maintained well. No odour smell at any place in the room. Breakfast menu is good and staff takes utmost care. Even for slightest of feedback on food they prepare new and give it immediately

We lived in hotel from 26th Dec to 4th Jan with family. Our experience is not good and totally unexpected. Staff is okay but food had safety issues as we found hair in food multiple times and to our surprise we also found 🐛 in one of the food item. This was highlighted to staff verbally and also by writing an email with photos. But no response till date. Do expect this from 5 start hotel ?

Visited the banquet hall for a cozy family gathering and it turned out to be a memorable evening... Excellent decor and courteous service staff. Everything was upto the mark. Food serving area open to sky added value to the party. Food was authentic and delicious too... Location is prime and so the property...

Staff@ reception, room services, valet parking, gate services _well behaved Food _ very good@ staff at restaurant and breakfast_ very well and responding quickly Parking _ valet parking Gym@ well maintained On Ambli Bopal road _ nearer to Iscon temple.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, and the amenities provided added to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
