We stayed here at the end of October and had such a fantastic time. The staff and service were outstanding, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The food was made fresh and had a great variety. Really recommend the bar outside for food. A special acknowledgement of the amazing work Rachel did during our stay. She went out of her way to ensure not only us but all guests stay were of a high quality. She had amazing mannerism and great attention detail. She went above and beyond what was required and it made our stay that much more special.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I can't say enough good things about this hotel; it made my trip truly memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area!

We stayed here in the 1st week of Jan. Absolutely courteous and welcoming staff. The service is prompt. The entire staff is helpful and up with cheerful smiles throughout the day, even when it gets busy. Mr Jeetu serving at the coffee shop made some flavoursome coffee with rich taste. Thank you guys for the lovely experience.

One of the best experiences I ever had. Hotel staff was soo welcoming. I was on my baby moon so they upgraded our room to suite room for 1 night . They did every thing is asked for. We were vegetarian and they asked us if we want something else for breakfast we can order it. On this trip more hotels I shifted more I missed this hotel and its services. Staff is extraordinary trained . I loved the room, environment, views , staff and ofcourse services. If you plan to stay in Panjim kindly try this hotel and its hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an experience I won't forget. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself is spotless, with great facilities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Ausaf and Keny, who went above and beyond during an unexpected situation. When my friend and I had a disagreement, resulting in them leaving early, I found myself alone in an unfamiliar place. Ausaf, Keny, and the rest of the staff, who witnessed the incident, stepped in with such kindness and support. They ensured I wasn't alone and helped me make the most of the remaining days of my trip. I also want to express my gratitude to Rakeesh, the driver. He was not just a driver but a fantastic guide who made me feel completely safe while showing me around. His knowledge of the area and his warm personality significantly enhanced my experience. This hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's a community where the staff treat you like family. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that offers not only comfort and cleanliness but also a team of staff who genuinely care about your well-being. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
