        Facility, Staff, Location and Amenities including Breakfast was okay. But Room Service was extremely bad. It took 1 hour 30 mins to get an order and that too after escalating the matter. Further the Naans were burnt and we were left with no option but to leave it.

        It was amazing experience with Staff ...and all the services which were provided...I want to mention the name of staff members as well bcoz they are the super heros of hotel. Mamta Shubham Ujjwal Deepanshu Tej Kuldeep .... Literally the way they are providing service to the guest outstanding.... Thanks to all guys for feeling special to us . I think in every hotel such type of staff will be available to the guest. One thing I forgot to mention for special one ....when we entered in this hotel there is one person we called them Darbanji .... literally he is very caring and always put smile on his face ...

        I sepnd 6 Days here I naver stay 6 days in any hotel in my life but this was wonderful experience for me spicily I would like to thankyou to all staff of hotel। Spicaly on that day when I was not feeling well and they made a wonderful kichadi and haldi milk for me thanks ds Clarks in for wonderful hospitality

        I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
