Manager there was very rude and dramatic When I asked for online booking he called for another person to confirm the same I asked him whether there was no computer he said we are illiterates and the daily labour we don't know how to use the computer What I asked him and what he is replying... Room boys are great with service and commercial asking directly tips from the customers Location is good near to bustand and railway station. Rooms are very dirty they don't even take care of the cleaning...

We booked one double room on 11th Feb 2024. Smoothly got check in around 5.30 AM as booked. During check in, we informed Manager that our 4 friends will come around 2 PM from Mumbai and then we all proceed to Tirumala. He agreed. But when our friends reached in the Hotel the Manager (not the previous person but a new person) not allowed our friends to come to our room. Finally we took one more room though they are planned to take accommodation at Tirumala only.

Don’t choose this hotel for a stay. The rooms have a weird smell which is very unbearable plus the jet spray inside the washrooms do not work properly and honestly i also found a mouse inside my room. The receptionist is not very co-operative, this was my experience with this hotel. Go anywhere but not here. AVOID IT if you want a comfortable stay.

I don't suggest this hotel for any more. Poor service , poor maintenance. The hotel receptionist was so rude with customers. They are soo money minded. We took AC room they have charged us Rs 1650/Per day and we checked in at 4pm that day they have told like next day 4pm is the checkout time. But next day they have called & told us vacate room within 5 min your timing got over as per the booking App. We have felt very bad that day ,they not even gave time to fresh up also. staffs are like eagerly waiting to grab money from us in that situation also. its is very very very bad hotel.

The locality is not nice, the hotel was not clean at all and the rooms were in worst condition. I went and came out within 15 mins. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. You can get better options with same price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
