It was a good stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious, very easy for an extra bed. Service is also good. Located in the centre of the town. Owner and staff are very helpful. Only downside is that its a bit of an old building, in need of some renovation, but for the rates they provide and business stays its worth it.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Dwaraka in Kochi and I must say, their hospitality was top-notch! The owners and the staff went above and beyond to make it stay comfortable and enjoyable. They also provided us with JAIN FOOD. They were always friendly, attentive and ready to assist with any request. They ensured that we had everything we needed for a great stay!

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 days with my wife. The owners were very nice and caring. Located in the main Ernakulam MG Road. Spacious room. AC was good. Clean room and Toilet, though old building. Hot water available. Good vegetarian food, delivered in the room. Free breakfast. The price is 2K per day. Overall rating is "Good".

A heaven for holiday makers and ideal for all kinds of people! We loved our stay at Hotel Dwaraka which is in the heart of city.we stayed there last week for two nights and it was very comfortable. Spacious rooms with all facilities and the hotel is accessible to city metro, south Rly. Station (Ernakulam Jn) and many famous temples and Boat jetty. Above all, very good, humble owners Mr. Gireesh Menon and Mrs. Uma Menon and wonderful service minded staff. Very delicious vegetarian food was served to us. In short, A home away from home.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
