To be honest we were quite disappointed with this hotel. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and the location is great. However, the rooms are not up to the standards of the price. Ok the view on the river is amazing but the rooms are really shabby and need improving. The breakfast is complementary but it is not so great either. I think that for a much cheaper price you can get a better room in a guest house nearby.

The location is the best just around 500m from Dashaswamedh Ghat so you're very close to kashi vishwanath kal bhairav and a lot of other major attractions. However you have to walk around the narrow gullies to reach the hotel. Every gully in Varanasi is beautiful however yes they are not clean and not the best to walk in from a cleanliness standpoint. But you will feel a very soothing energy while walking with shiv lingas everywhere and mahadev chants, graffiti across every neighborhood. The cleanliness and hygiene is getting better and hopefully will get better as time passes. The rooms are good and the perfect deal for the price you are paying. There's a restaurant inside the hotel which is really good and offers quality food at the perfect price. The view from the restaurant is also very aesthetic where you can see the sunrise and ganga. The staff is very accomodative and friendly ready to help with whatever you need.

I have booked the hotel through Make my trip.. But all the staffs are very good and cooperative. In the beginning I faced some problem regarding room but when I informed the same to the staffs, immediately they have solved the issue. Everything in the said hotel are very good. In future whenever I will come to Varanasi, I will stay at the same hotel and if anyone asks about any hotel in Varanasi I will surely refer this hotel.. Thanks to all staffs for such cooperation and love which we have got from all the members/ staffs of the hotel.. With regards Debjyoti Ghosh

For the price they charge, I would have given a rating of less than 1 if available. 1. Starting with pick up service, we had to literally search for the driver after coming out of station. After settling inside the vehicle it would not start. We wanted to hire another cab but the driver delayed opening the boot (dickey). After 10 mins wait he opened and we took a cab at almost half the price. 2. There is no vehicle access to the hotel. We had to walk to the hotel (approx half a km) in the dark (early morning) in the narrow lanes full of garbage stinking badly. 3. Rooms are badly maintained. Flush was not working properly. Very small and unusable basin. No housekeeping. 4. Restaurant is outsourced and not maintained properly. For a two day stay we had breakfast only once and it was not very good. Only exception was tea. 5. Hotel entrance is shabby. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lot of improvements are possible in room maintenance, food, overall upkeep but only possible if the owners are interested. Only good thing was their boys would carry ur luggage from pick up and drop off points. No photos taken since experience was exceptionally bad.

We had very great time. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clear, hot water was provided. Location is the best. Staff and the manager are awesome people. They help to the very extent possible for them. We had checked in at night at around 3. Staff helped us pick our luggage and were always helping us to and fro. I would definitely recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
