Dear sandeep it was nice mitting you and thanks for the pleasing and great hospitality. It was really beautiful pleasing place. I was just convinced to be there for more time... The hospitality was also with delicious food and that amazing views front river side. Thank pyramid for all service will gongonna visit here again for sure..

"E Chor " an absolute scam they're pulling under our noses, misleading branding, misleading location, disappointing staff, poor services , worst view that one can possibly imagine, this property isn't managed by someone who cares about having hospitality standards. All in all a dismal stay, absolutely not recommended to anyone ever please.

SCAM ALERT: IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT KASOL AVOID THIS HOTEL AS THIS IS TOO FAR FROM EVERYTHING HAPPENING IN KASOL. On MAPS this property is shown right in the middle of main market of Kasol however it is approx. 2 hours away from the kasol city. This is a scam to attract more tourist. Hotel Staff will not tell you this at the time of booking and will let you know the correct location on the day of check-in. The hotel does not provide hot water facility. We had stayed for 3 days out of which they didn't had hot water facility from shower. They used to provide hot water bucket which you cannot expect from a hotel categorizing themselves as a 4 star property. Few good things about this hotel is their food and view from super deluxe room. If you are taking deluxe room please don't expect any view. This is a genuine review based on my personal experience.

I stayed for one day...17th Oct Room was good as I have taken balcony room. People working there are bunch of idiots. Service is pathetic. Food is unbearable Most unreliable and overpriced. Prices of food is equivalent to 5 star category however complementary break fast was having 5 items including live counter where they can serve omlet only. I asked for cheese omlet and they served masala omlet and when I notified then they started arguing. Over over priced...do not stay here ...even for one night also

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
