What a place to stay! Massive rooms, and bang for the buck. Location is very convenient to travel to various places in town and even the airport. Even the breakfast was amazing. Staff was so kind and helpful. They even helped us keep our luggage for the whole day after check out. The manager at the time was super professional, wish I could remember his name. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Dehradun.

Booked a premium room for my friend through MakeMyTrip due to its high rating, but the experience was disappointing. The room had mold on the walls, the staff was informal, no heating, and overall cleanliness was subpar. I advise against booking this hotel; there are better options in Dehradun at a similar price. Despite being labeled as a 5-star on Google Maps, it falls short and is more deserving of a 2-star rating.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The room service is quick and efficient.. food was tempting..(must try grilled sandwich). Hotel is centrally located along with valet parking. Kudos to hotel manager Ashutosh for considering our request and solving the issue faced.

Sayaji Hospitality is known for their product & service quality. This hotel is no different. Right from Check in to Check out, everything was hassle free & comfortable. Being a Hotel Professional myself, I always tend my find area of improvements. But , here, the team didn't allow me to find any. Only thing I found, perhaps they are little understaffed. Yet, they offer top class hospitality. A lady from Front desk called me a day prior to confirm my time of arrival so that they can keep my room ready. . 10/10

Wonderful hotel and food. The General manager is a lovely person very caring for the guests, their staff which I found during the interaction. In washrooms the water accumulates during showers time. In short highly recommend the hotel in general, must visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
