Situated in a prime location, this accommodation offered a comfortable stay for a couple, though the space was not overly generous. The lift was a bit slow, and unfortunately, the staircase was not accessible for those inclined to use it. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a variety of options with delightful flavors. However, the frequent power cuts in the room proved to be a slight inconvenience, disrupting the seamless television-watching experience, even though power was quickly restored. While the hotel service was generally good, there was a minor annoyance with having to call for towels after room cleaning. The eagerness for room cleaning, despite requests to the contrary, was a slight drawback. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, thanks to the delicious food and the festive Christmas-themed ambiance. However, it might be considered less budget-friendly and cost-effective.

Rooms are not that big in size it’s best part is it’s located at good location can be a centre point rest food was good breakfast buffet lunch dinner was tasty. We attended gala dinner of new year eve which could have been much better live band was good but DJ was pathetic it was small child sitting on and playing old songs and repeating the same again and again everyone there were complaining same to him. As they charged a good amount of money from guest food was good but that Dj was boring.

Room is adequate sized. Washrooms are small. Shower water spills over in other area in bathroom and it becomes messy. Linen was used by someone before and i had to change it.. Buffet has deteiorated than our previous visit.Starters have become sad now. Staff is very good. Parking is adequate and gated.

7 Floors, only two lifts and that to very slow. Getting to the rooms is a task. Very very small rooms, barely enough space for two people to navigate. Service is despicable. Househeeping takes forever even to deliver water to the room. Since we were a large group, arrangements for breakfast was on the rooftop, which at this time of the year is ice cold. no provisions of heating and quality of food was below average.

One of the best Hotels in Indore, especially for Buffet. They offer great variety of food, veg as well as nonveg, and tastes really good. Ambience and location wise it's nice. A must visit place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
